Although this enzyme is assigned only two domains in the CATH classification, the N-terminal and C-terminal regions are assigned as the third and fourth domains, as the N-terminal region is important in terms of catalysis.
There seem to be three distinct active sites, two of which are disulfide-bonds of two cysteine residues at the N-terminal and C-terminal regions.
