Comments
This enzyme belongs to Tec family of non-receptor tyrosine kinases.
This enzyme is composed of the N-terminal pleckstrin homology (PH) domain, BTK-type zinc finger motif, an unknown domain, which can be Src homology 3 (SH3) domain, Src homology 2 (SH2) domain, and the C-terminal kinase domain (see [1]).
The catalytic domain of this enzyme is homologous to Proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein kinase ABL1 (M00130 in EzCatDB), with common active-site residues.
