EzCat-BLAST is a sequence search tool designed for enzyme active-site comparison, using the NCBI BLAST system. EzCat-BLAST is a satellite tool of the EzCatDB enzyme reaction database, which provides manually annotated active-site information and hierarchical classification of enzyme reactions. It is also coded to run for enzyme sequences in the Swiss-Prot database.
